Announcing Bluebird’s 2026 Advisory Board

Bluebird is proud to introduce Lisa Lenander, Trent Bona, Charlie Farnan, and Ryan Bak as members of the 2026 Advisory Board. Guided by a collaborative culture, the Board plays a key role in supporting brokers and leadership, elevating ideas, and strengthening communication across the firm.

Lisa joins the board for the first time. She is a consummate veteran, also serving the community as a Mt. Crested Butte Planning Commissioner and volunteering in many capacities.

Trent, a past recipient of the Rookie of the Year award from the local association of Realtors, is a successful member of the Bona Team, serving all ends of the valley from rural land to estate homes.

Charlie is proud to be a returning advisor, with over 37 years of experience in sales and management. With Joel Vosburg, they operate the Mountain Office Team in the Crested Butte office.

Ryan brings a wealth of experience to the board as a successful team leader for a top-producing group in Bend, Oregon. His family is immersed in local activities and school functions through their two children.

Each year, the firm’s brokers select Advisory Board members based on their collaborative approach, leadership strengths, and dedication to advancing the success of the entire organization.
