Ryan Bak
Ryan’s real estate career began more than a decade ago, after his competitive nature and desire to achieve results previously drove him to excel as a professional distance runner representing Team USA at world championship events on many occasions and helped him propel a start-up company into the #1 selling brand in their category in the US. Ranked in the Top 1% of all real estate agents nationally by total volume, Ryan has been a top producer since launching into real estate, selling more than 500 properties and nearing half a billion dollars in total sales volume.
Originally from Connecticut, Ryan moved to the Central Coast of California after graduating from Trinity College with a degree in economics to pursue professional athletic endeavors and eventually relocated to the Gunnison Valley where his future wife was finishing school at Western Colorado University. Following her graduation, they moved to Oregon where Ryan ran as a Nike sponsored athlete for more than 10 years.
After building a highly successful small real estate team in Bend, Oregon with the help of his wife, Natalie as transaction coordinator and marketing manager, Ryan and his family decided to move to Crested Butte to give their three children the opportunity to grow up exploring in the mountains in a safe small town where they could walk to school and enjoy the freedoms of old times. While growing his business and team in Crested Butte, Ryan continues to manage his top producing real estate team in Bend.
Long before relocating full-time to Crested Butte, Ryan began investing in the local real estate market and strongly believes in the long term value in owning property in Crested Butte. Ryan loves helping clients realize their real estate goals whether they are buying or selling primary residences, vacation homes or investment properties.

During the past 30 years, we have bought or sold more than 20 properties in multiple states while working with a number of good Realtors.
