Lisa Lenander
Lisa Lenander has been a licensed Colorado Realtor® in Crested Butte, Colorado since 2004. She represents both buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.
Prior to earning her license, she was a Manufacturer’s Sales Representative in the souvenir and gift industry for 17 years before deciding to move into a full-time career selling real estate. Her life as a road warrior took her to other destination resorts and National Parks in the states of Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, and Utah. Through her sales experience, she honed the skills of good listener, attention to detail, problem solver and has learned to adapt to current situations. With a strong background in customer service, it seemed real estate was a logical choice.
Active in her local real estate community, she is a committee member for the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) which serves the local Gunnison County Association of Realtors®.
Lisa also believes in education and continues to take as many real estate classes as possible. She has spent time acquiring the following designations: GRI-Graduate Realtor Institute; RSPS-Resort and Second Home Property Specialist; CNE-Certified Negotiation Expert; SFR-Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource and SRES-Senior Real Estate Specialist.
In the local community, Lisa was a member of the Crested Butte Chamber of Commerce and also sat on the Board of Directors for the Chamber. It was her commitment to volunteering for special events that she was asked to join the Board of Directors.
In her spare time, Lisa enjoys spending time outdoors downhill, telemark skiing and snowshoeing in the winters, and hiking, rafting, and golfing in the summers.
