The agents and staff at Bluebird nominate a new group of Advisory Board members to provide counsel and resources for the office every year. This year’s 2023 Advisory Board members are Bet Egelhoff, Brian Cooper, Maggie Dethloff and Ross Tunkey. This group has a proven success record at both ends of the Gunnison Valley and beyond. We are honored to have their expertise available to our agents and staff over the next year.
Bet brings the skills and knowledge to navigate tough market conditions, and has recently devoted a great deal of time to serving the Spanish-speaking population in our area through outreach programs and educational resources.

With over 20 years of local real estate experience, Maggie’s reliability and relatability deliver consistent results for her clients. Her top priority is developing strong relationships where her clients feel supported.
Ross joined Bluebird a year ago, with over 16 years of local real estate experience, including residential, luxury, commercial, income and local deed-restricted properties. An active member of the community, Ross brings a joyous, infectious, and ‘can-do’ attitude to every interaction.
