Bluebird Welcomes 2024 Advisory Board

Bluebird welcomes brokers Charlie Farnan, Jana Barrett, Jenna May and Steve Mills as Advisory Board Directors for 2024. The firm was founded upon and operates with a team concept. These advisors are important supports and links for the brokers and management, gathering input, ideas and areas for improvement, and working with staff to maintain synergy and a high level of communication and productivity.

Charlie returns as an Advisor, with over 35 years of experience in sales. With Joel Vosburg, they operate the Mountain Office Team in the Crested Butte office.

Jana also returns as a founding member of Bluebird from 2017. She is a veteran agent with broad experience valley wide, including significant ranch properties.

Jenna joins the Board for the first time, recognized by her peers as a leader in the company with phenomenal growth in her sales year to year.

Steve rounds out the team from the Gunnison office. He practiced for many years in Crested Butte and has been a successful source in Gunnison for his loyal clientele for decades.

The Advisory Board is elected annually by the brokers of the firm, selected for their team attitude, their respect and leadership and their interest in the success of the brokers and the company.

Bluebird will celebrate its seventh anniversary this spring, having surpassed $1 billion in cumulative sales in 2023.
