Happy Bluebird Anniversary!

No, it couldn’t have been a year! Well, yes it actually has! Bluebird Real Estate celebrates one year today, April 26, 2018, of “bringing dreams home” in Crested Butte and the surrounding valleys.

“It truly has been a remarkable team effort in building a brand and embracing the people and the culture of the Crested Butte area,” exclaims Principal, Bud Bush. “The day we launched, we were knocking out walls, bringing in furniture and signing new listings. We also simultaneously announced our regional affiliations with Luxury Portfolio International and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.”

Bluebird is grateful for the many contractors, designers, consultants, and clients who brought our vision to life. Our agents are the most experienced in the valley, and they have been hard at work announcing the new company in its familiar downtown location. The distinctive square blue signs in the yards made a splash last spring, and they are sprouting up again this spring in anticipation of a robust summer market.

During the last twelve months, Bluebird led the market in new listings and acquired more volume with the addition of new agents than any other brokerage.

In the community, Bluebird was a lead sponsor for the inaugural Elk Run 5k and the Gunnison Pantry’s Soup Stone event. The firm also supported a family through its Charitable Fund and Living Journeys.
