Chamber Recognizes Bluebird

Bluebird expresses a heartfelt thank you to the people of Crested Butte and the CB Chamber for voting the firm the Best New Business Member for 2017. Bluebird recently celebrated its first anniversary in business in the historic district of Crested Butte on Elk Avenue. Since its inception, the associates have led the market in new listings last fall, and led the market in high end sales during the first quarter of the new year.

The Bluebird model emphasizes service to the community, and participates in many civic events and charitable causes. Additionally, a small portion from every closing commission is contributed to the Bluebird Charitable Fund which serves needs in the community each year.

Another win at the Chamber awards dinner, Bluebird’s Corey Dwan was voted Best Realtor at the recent ceremony, which was hosted at Elk Avenue Prime. Congratulations to Corey and his team of Erin Croke-Renfro and Trevor Bona for deserved accolades based on diligent marketing and results as well as serving many happy clients.
