Celebrating Seven Years of Bluebird Brilliance
On Friday, Bluebird marked seven years of nurturing community connections and leading the real estate market with the best agents in the Gunnison Valley. We gathered at High Alpine Brewery in Gunnison on our anniversary, April 26th, indulging in delectable pizza and libations.
Throughout these years, we've taken immense pride in bringing dreams home for our clients, and we are committed to furthering our service to both our clients and community.
This past year has been particularly successful for Bluebird. We proudly unveiled our newly renovated office on Main Street in Gunnison, surpassed $1 billion in cumulative sales, and were honored as the Real Estate Business of the Year by the Crested Butte Chamber. We are grateful to have set records in Gunnison and Crested Butte with the most expensive residential sales in the history of the either area and to have expanded to a team of 26 agents, four staff members, and two assistants, operating at a highly productive level.
In 2023, we achieved notable milestones, with the most agents (7) out of any brokerage ranking among the top 25 real estate agents in our area, and handling 39% of our transactions in-house, showcasing true teamwork.
Our thirteenth edition of the premier real estate and lifestyle magazine “bluebird days” is set to hit stands this June, featuring acclaimed properties, local photography, lifestyle articles, and much more. We're committed to upholding our genuine intent in every interaction, with a portion of every property closing commission contributed to the Bluebird Charitable Fund, supporting local non-profits across the Gunnison Valley.
