Bluebird’s Sixth Anniversary!
Yesterday, Bluebird celebrated six years of fostering relationships within our community and leading the market with the best agents in the Gunnison Valley. We upheld our annual tradition of gathering at the Secret Stash for pizza and libations on our April 26th anniversary. We are incredibly proud that we have been bringing dreams home for our clients over the years and look forward to continuing to serve our clients and community.
This past year for Bluebird has been a prosperous time. With our redefined and refreshing brand identity and mission in place, we led the market by representing the most properties sold in the Gunnison Valley. We are grateful to have set records in 2022 by serving as advisors to our clients in the three most expensive property transactions in the history of our area. We have grown to 25 agents, four staff members, and four assistants and are operating at an exceptional level.
Next month, we will celebrate the opening of our newly renovated Main Street office in Gunnison! This beautiful new location will serve as a space to connect with our clients and community. The eleventh edition of our premiere real estate and lifestyle magazine will hit stands this June. This issue will feature acclaimed properties, local photography, lifestyle articles, and much more! We look forward to maintaining our genuine cause and intent in every interaction. Bluebird continues to contribute a portion of every property closing commission to the Bluebird Charitable Fund, which bestows grants to local non-profits for the positive initiatives they foster across the Gunnison Valley.
