Bluebird Opens New Gunnison Location

Bluebird Real Estate is excited to welcome the community to 218 N Main Street, our newly renovated office in the heart of downtown Gunnison! This location will be a refreshing space for our agents, clients, and community members to connect and collaborate on new ideas. This office is serviced by the Gunnison area's leading real estate experts, Brian Cooper, Steve Mills, Bobby Overturf, and Josh Young, with the support of Brian Cooper team members Alex Owen and Chrissy Mitchell, along with other Bluebird pros.

The Bluebird Gunnison staff and agents celebrated internally with a champagne toast this week to christen the new office and memorialize the launch of our new Main Street location. A formal public ribbon-cutting celebration will follow this summer.

This bright, modern, and welcoming space will foster growth and community in the Gunnison valley. New developments, such as Gunnison Rising, are coming to fruition, and Bluebird is grateful to represent this development as the official marketing representative. Bluebird celebrated yesterday the completion of the extensive renovation and grand opening of the new Gunnison office with an official ribbon cutting by the Gunnison Chamber. Special guests and community members were treated to hors d’oeuvres served by the Dive and live music from Matt Grant of Blue Mesa Music. Bud Bush, Principal of Bluebird Real Estate, thanked key partners in the project: Crockett Farnell with Black Dragon Development, Bill and Jennifer Barvitski, engineer and architect, and Katie Hubert and Trish Calkins of Lupine Design. He also announced the company’s gratitude and appreciation for being welcomed to the Gunnison community. It was noted that Bluebird contributes a small portion of each closing to the Bluebird Charitable Fund, which serves the local community.
