Gunnison is rocking along nicely compared to other markets around the country that are leveling. Along with increasing sales, the average home price in Gunnison has eclipsed $600,000 and in rural Gunnison nearly $850,000.

Thirty-one Condominium and townhome sales are triple the number from this time last year. Land sales have settled with 14 transactions and nearly 60 active listings.
