Rich Kelley

An avid Minnesota outdoorsmen, I was drawn to the mountains during college, for skiing, but have stayed in Colorado for all of the variety of outdoor sports! I have found a way to turn my passion for sports, into a wonderful life! In addition, I am an avid member of the Crested Butte/West Elk Hockey Association and volunteer with the Adaptive Sports Center. I also guide inner-city youth canoe trips into the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness.

I was very fortunate to have grown up in one of the most trusted families, in Minnesota real estate, as the #1 Broker in the Twin Cities. Though real estate is in my blood, I took the corporate path at 3M . I gained a wealth of experience running 3M businesses in the US, Asia, Central & South America and lived for five years in Brussels, Belgium with my young, growing family. Upon my return from Europe, I spent ten years in the mergers and acquisition field, buying and selling businesses in the US & Canada.

Currently, my clients benefit from over a decade of residential real estate experience. I work with buyers, who are looking for a luxury single family home in historic downtown Crested Butte, or a ski in/ski out condominium in Mt. Crested Butte or possibly a golf course residence in nearby Skyland. I also have extensive experience in new construction, if you want to find that perfect mountain or riverfront parcel, to build your dream home. I will be your real estate market expert, skilled negotiator and so much more.

When it comes to selling your home, choosing the right realtor can make all the difference. I understand that selling is more than just a change of address and I want to learn your unique story. By understanding your goals and tapping into our extensive Bluebird Realty network and experience, I’ll work hard to make sure your story ends in success. I am deeply committed to delivering exceptional service to my clients. Together, we can formulate a plan to sell your home for its maximum value. As your Bluebird Associate I will eliminate all the guesswork and the stress, whether you’re buying your first home, or downsizing. Please let me help you find your home in the Colorado Mountains.
