Mindy Costanzo, a member of the Gunnison-Crested Butte Realtor Board for 47 years, possesses extensive experience navigating various real estate market phases. Since 1977, Mindy has dedicated herself to building her career in the Gunnison Valley, focusing solely on fulfilling the real estate needs of buyers and sellers. Over the past decade, she has continued her real estate endeavors with her former franchise company, United Country Gunnison County Realty and Auction. Mindy's journey in the Gunnison Valley began at Western Colorado University, where she earned her business degree and graduated in 1975. She subsequently raised two children and currently resides in the Dos Rios community in Gunnison, accompanied by her beloved dog, Miley, and cat, Star. When not engaged in listing or selling properties, Mindy enjoys playing pickleball, occasional rounds of golf, traveling, gardening, and participating in the recreational activities offered by Gunnison County. However, she cherishes spending time with her four grandchildren above all else.
