Liza Scher

Liza is a brand strategist and designer who turns insights into work that people can see, feel, and connect with. She spent nearly five years at a Boulder agency working across innovation, strategy, and design for name brands like PepsiCo, Kraft Heinz, and Beam Suntory. Her background in Integrative Design and Architecture from Colorado College helped shape how she sees brands: as places people move through, not just messages they receive. Last year, she and her partner Jacob co-founded GoodPair Studio to bring that same thinking to small, independent businesses in the valley.

Liza brings that mix of strategy and craft to the Bluebird office and its agents with one goal: make every asset feel as considered as the homes and the valley it represents.

In her free time, you’ll find her with her dog, Goose, fly fishing, gravel biking, skiing, and rafting or at home with a good book and something tasty on the stove.
