Bluebird Treats on July 4th

Bluebird welcomed the annual Crested Butte 4th of July parade and festivities with complimentary popcorn and lemonade in front of its downtown office on Elk Avenue. Approximately 450 cups of lemonade and 200 bags of fresh popcorn were served to visitors and locals at the event.

Jenna May with Bluebird was on hand to greet passersby with Bluebird magazines and brochures, stickers and custom guitar pics. Bud Bush, his wife Nancy and summer intern Ford Berry kept the popcorn popping and the lemonade flowing while the floats took over Elk Avenue.

It was a beautiful bluebird day to celebrate Independence Day, and the air was full of laughter and smiles. A few guests even enjoyed the parade from Bluebird’s rooftop.
